FAQs:

How do I access Wissett Dog Field?

Once you have booked and paid online, you will receive an email with an access code and information on how to enter/exit the field. We ask that this is not shared with anyone outside of your booking in order to maintain the security of Wissett Dog Field. There is a car park on site, and this can accommodate up to 3 cars per booking.

Does my dog need to be vaccinated?

Yes. We ask that all dogs in attendance of Wissett Dog Field have been vaccinated. We also ask that if your dog is unwell with illnesses such as kennel cough or sickness/diarrhea then you rearrange your booking. This is to reduce the risk of infection to other dogs using the field.

Can I cancel/amend my booking?

You can! We ask that you do this 24 hours before your booking in order to gain a full refund.

How many dogs can I bring?

Due to planning restrictions, Wissett Dog Field can only accept up to 6 dogs in any one booking. We are also only able to accommodate up to 3 cars per booking. When using the field, please make sure that you are abiding by this rule in order to let us continue to be open.

What are your opening times?

Our hours are 8am-8pm. It is worth noting that we are not able to have flood lighting at the field, and so if you are booking in the evening during the autumn/winter then we advise that you bring a torch and/or light up collars for your dog(s).

How secure is Wissett Dog Field?

We have used 6ft fencing all the way around the field. The field has been thoroughly tested by our own dogs, and family dogs too in order to ensure it’s security. The car park is also gated. Upon arrival please ensure you have closed the gate behind you before letting your dogs out. You can then access the field through the car park gate. Wissett Dog Field will be checked regularly to ensure that it continues to be secure. If at any time you find that the fencing has been broken, or there is a hole that we have not detected during our checks then please contact us immediately.
