Terms and Conditions:

When you book with us at Wissett Dog Field, you and all those attending your booking with you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out on this page. We reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions without any prior notice.

Booking T&Cs:

  • To use Wissett Dog Field you must make your booking and pay for it online through our website www.wissettdogfield.co.uk. No entry to Wissett Dog Field will be permitted without booking a session through our website.

  • Customers are required to enter and exit Wissett Dog Field within the time slot they have booked in order to allow all customers to make the most of their bookings. If you arrive late for a booking you have made then you must still leave within your time slot.

  • We have set up our booking system to allow for short gaps between bookings, this is to prevent two bookings from being in the car park at the same time. We ask that you ensure you leave the car park promptly at the end of your session to ensure it allows time for the next booking to enter and exit safely.

  • Once you have made your booking online you will receive an email with all of the information you need for entering/exiting, including providing you with the access code to our field. It is important that you check the code you are sent before each visit as this will change without notice. We ask that you do not share the gate code with anyone else or leave the gate unlocked.

  • When booking, you are agreeing to leave the field as you found it. This means that you will ensure you have cleaned up after your dog(s) using the bin provided.

  • Card payments will be taken at the time of booking, this is how you secure your slot.

  • Wissett Dog Field does not have any flood lighting, and so we do not recommend booking when it is dark. If you choose to book, make sure to bring your own torches, light up dog collars etc.

  • Due to our planning restrictions, Wissett Dog Field is only able to accept up to 6 dogs in any session, and can only accommodate up to 3 cars. Please make sure that when inviting others to your booking you adhere to this rule.

Cancellation/Rescheduling T&Cs:

  • A full refund will only be provided if the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the date and time of the booked session.

  • Wissett Dog Field reserves the right to cancel your booking if this is required. Every effort will be made to ensure this does not need to happen and in this event a full refund or alternative slot will be offered to you.

  • In order to ensure the safety of everyone that uses Wissett Dog Field, you must never enter the field if it is in use. If someone is using the field in your slot without booking, or if someone is staying beyond their booked slot then please contact the Wissett Dog Field team immediately.
